Bhagawan 1008 Adinath Jina Mandir
Founded in 1973, the Chakreshwari Mahila Samaj achieved a significant milestone in 1983. Under the guidance and with the permission of Fide and Devendra Kirthi Bhattarak Swamiji, they began the construction of a Jain temple — a pioneering effort as it marked the first temple built and maintained exclusively by Jain Shravikas. The Samaj’s dedication to social work was further acknowledged around 2003 when the Akhil Karnataka Mahila Vakota recognized them as the “Best Social Worker.”
About Temple
Gracefully nestled in the heart of Jayanagar—one of Bangalore’s most vibrant suburbs—the Shri Aadinath Digambar Jain Temple stands as a serene sanctuary amidst the city’s bustle. Constructed from immaculate white marble and adorned with vivid artistic accents, the temple radiates a deep sense of spiritual tranquility.
From the moment one approaches its intricately carved entrance gateway, the temple captivates with its architectural elegance and sacred atmosphere. Visitors are welcomed into a space thoughtfully designed to inspire devotion and inner peace. Ascending to the second floor reveals beautifully adorned sanctums that invite quiet reflection and reverence.
For those seeking a more immersive spiritual experience, the temple also offers well-appointed accommodation facilities, allowing devotees to extend their stay and engage more deeply with the temple’s spiritual offerings.
